A theater room is the space guests remember and book again for. Here are 22 theaters we installed across Central Florida, what goes into one, and themed designs for your home.

This is what shows up in the theaters above. Every room is scoped to the space, so yours may use more or less of it.
Rows of leather recliners. Where the room allows, the back row sits on a riser so everyone sees the screen.
A large projection screen on the front wall and a ceiling-mounted projector. Some rooms use a big wall TV instead when the layout fits better.
Dark or accent-painted walls, LED strip lighting and ambient light so the room photographs well and feels like a theater at night.
Framed movie posters and art, plus bean bags or extra seating for kids in some homes.
The theater is furnished and staged with the rest of the home, on the same timeline and install.
Theater rooms are standard scope in our Luxury Estate and Mega-Rental / Specialty tiers. See all package tiers.
Step 1
Send us the floor plan and the room you have in mind. We tell you what fits: tiered seating, a cinema lounge, or a TV wall.
Step 2
We pick the seating, screen, paint, lighting and decor, and coordinate any painting, wallpaper or custom work the room needs.
Step 3
The crew installs the theater with the rest of the home and stages it for photography.
Step 4
Professional photography wraps the project, so the theater shows up in your listing.
The full process is on How It Works.

It depends on the home. A dedicated theater room with tiered recliner seating, AV integration and acoustic treatment is standard scope in our Luxury Estate tier, and Mega-Rental / Specialty scope includes a full theater build-out. For other homes we quote it as an add-on.
We scope a dedicated cinema lounge instead: deep modular seating, a projection screen or 98" wall TV, acoustic treatment and ambient lighting. The key is a dedicated viewing zone.
Yes. At 607 Jasmine Lane in Windsor Island we set up a movie screen at the end of the pool inside the screened enclosure, with loungers on the deck.
No. The themed designs and pool theater ideas are design renders of what we can build. The installed theaters above are real photos of homes we furnished.
