What rent-ready does NOT mean: half the housewares arriving the following week, the outdoor furniture on a 4-week backorder while indoor is “complete,” missing bath towels filled in by the owner before the first booking, or punch-list items that linger across the first three booking cycles. We provide staging and styling support at the install closeout and recommend a 24-hour buffer between install-complete and photography to allow final positioning and styling refinement before camera.
