Custom bunk suites that sleep 4–8 guests. We design them, ship them as modules, and they are assembled on-site. They look good in listing photos, not like a dorm.

Theme & Design Package
We send theme concepts, equipment lists, and design boards. You confirm what we build before we order anything.
Fabrication & Procurement
We design and fabricate the custom bunks and theme modules. Equipment and furniture come through our vendor network.
Freight & Installation
The modules ship to your property and are assembled on-site. We coordinate the install in your market and use licensed trades where the work requires it.
Custom modules ship national: We design custom bunks and themed modules and ship them to your property. You or a local crew assemble them on-site. Any construction, electrical, or plumbing work goes to qualified local licensed trades.
Pricing: These are the same theme rooms we install in Florida. We ship the room and coordinate local assembly. Freight and assembly are quoted separately once we know your ZIP.
