Interior Designer | Decorator
We are looking for skilled interior designers and decorators who can turn ideas into full design concepts—with hospitality-minded service on every project.
You will guide homeowners through color, furnishings, décor, trends, and preferences while bringing professional judgment to every recommendation.
Many of the homes we furnish are vacation rentals. Designing for short-term hospitality is a chance to build fun, memorable spaces that photograph well and delight guests.
Knowledge of short-term rentals and vacation-rental standards is a strong advantage.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the interior design industry
- A degree is not mandatory for all positions but is a definite advantage
- Creative with a strong eye for design
- Intermediate computer skills and willingness to learn new applications
- Excellent customer service and listening skills
- Experience creating digital design boards
- Fluent English; Mandarin, Portuguese, or other languages are a plus

- Responding to clients via email
- Phone or FaceTime consultations
- Helping clients select furniture and décor
- Confirming availability with vendors
- Creating digital design boards
- Itemizing selections and preparing orders
