Dear Joe and team,

We wanted to write to let you know how absolutely THRILLED we are with the work you have done on our new rental home on Windsor Hills. We had seen the photos you sent us, but nothing prepared us for how stunning the home looked in real life. The colours you chose work beautifully together and the furnishings far exceeded our expectations in quality.

For those who are trying to decide whether to use a company to furnish your home, or trying to make a decision about which company to use this is our story....

At the start of the journey we had ideas of trying to decorate and furnish the home ourselves. Given a 3 week time span and 2 young children that was never going to happen! Our Realtor had recommended Hudson’s Furniture Company and we called to discuss what we wanted. We found them rigid in the packages they offered and uninspiring, and because we had a clear idea of what we wanted we knew we
couldn’t work with them. As it happened a Google search brought Furniture Packages USA to our attention and after speaking to Joe on the phone we realised this was a company whose sole mission was to fulfill their clients wants and needs – custom built packages built to unique specifications. Although we had clear ideas on colours and furniture styles, the team came up with designs that
showed off their extensive talents and on seeing the finished product we realise we could never have made the home look as good in the time and budget we had.

The home has custom painting with accent walls, stunning co-ordinating comforters and custom made cornices, great quality furnishings and the decorating package provided so much art work and accessories the house looks like a real home, and not your run of the mill ‘rental’ house. It also has 3 theme rooms for children and these are simply Disney-licious!!

Not only was our home furnished and decorated to the highest standard, but the customer service we received from Joe was way above and beyond anything we had expected. Joe’s word is truly his bond and he has been wonderful to work with. Joe is extremely hardworking, always accessible and has made our dream home a reality within an extremely reasonable budget. Contact with Joe and his team was continuous throughout the process (which was fantastic as we live in Canada and would not have had any idea what was happening otherwise). The team put together design boards for every room and emailed them for approval, changing anything we wanted, quickly and efficiently. We especially looked forward to receiving the weekly email update every Friday to let us know what had been done in our
home.

Joe has a totally holistic approach to his work, not only does he look after your home he also takes care of you and totally takes the stress out of the process. Our home had been a bank owned and Joe also took care of installing new appliances etc. His attention to detail is amazing – he even called us on the day we were due to fly out to tell us the company we had employed to install a water heater had not done the job. He reassured us not to worry and that he would take care of it for us. When we arrived hehad got one of his skilled contractors to install a heater that day so we could arrive and take a hot shower!

Before you even contemplate any other company you MUST call Joe at Furniture Packages USA. We can promise that you will be thrilled with the customer service and the quality of furnishing and decorating... you just can’t beat a ‘Furniture Packages USA’ designer home!! We plan to buy more rental homes and will only be entrusting our investment to Joe and his team.

same house!! I love every single little aspect of it and the final outcome has far exceeded my expectations of what you and your team could achieve.

Hope you are doing well. I just wanted to send you a THANKYOU for the furniture package you delivered to our condo at Vista Cay. As youprobably remember, we already had a rental unit on that same area. But I haveto say that your delivery, service superseded our previous supplier in everyway :

- Deliverytime : On your recommendation, we ordered every item from a singlemanufacturer. This to speed up delivery. And that you really was able tocomplete the furnishing only 14 days after we placed the order, that’s justunbelievable. It got us quickly ready for rental, we really appreciate that !

- Quality :We recognized several of the furnitures in your selection, from our 1st rentalcondo. So when this was the manufacturer that could give us quickest delivery,the choice was easy. And based on experience with our first condo, we arepretty sure that the quality are superb. And the mattresses, they can be highlyrecommended !

- Decorations: Furnitures are one thing, but it’s the decorations that makes that littleextra. When our first condo was a bit minimalistic decorated, you supplied amuch better package here.

- Photo /virtual tour : I have to admit that the photographer images, and virtual touralso was outstanding. The pictures taken far superseded the images I was ableto take.

- Price : Allthis to a price that was very competitive. Just outstanding !

We have already recommended you to several fellow Norwegiansthat are investing in rental condos in Orlando.If you get enquiries from Norway,don’t hesitate to mention our name if you want us as your reference.

Dear Potential Customer:

We saw our new rental home for the first time today, since your team was able to work it’s magic. We were thrilled with the results, and our initial reaction to the home was “Wow!!” The home has beautiful custom colors, with accent walls, and decorator touches everywhere. The overall effect is gorgeous, stunning. My wife can barely contain her excitement. We are so happy!

The process of selecting furniture was worth the time invested. We appreciated that Mr Loperena himself, the business owner, spent hours with us. He personally guided us through the selection for each room. The attention paid to every detail was very thorough. We looked at many choices, but never felt rushed. The process was not over until all questions were answered, and all options considered. The final results were worth it. Each room has a specially selected package of furniture, accessories, and art, matched to the room color The furniture groupings look inviting, elegant, yet welcoming to the guest. They invite you to sit down and make yourself at home. The effect is a unique property that looks like no other on the rental market. When potential guests compare this to other homes available, this will outshine anything else.

This is a vacation home rental, and it is important to generate excitement among potential renters. Advertising is mainly on the web, and photos must convey something special, to make them send an inquiry. At the end of the process, we were provided with professional photos and a virtual tour. These special custom colors, matched perfectly with the right furniture groupings will be perfect. We are very confident that this lovely home will stand out and “rent itself.”

We would definitely use Furniture Packages USA again, and have already recommended them to friends.

This spring we bought a home at Windsor Hills. When we went down for the closing, we rented another home at Windsor Hills. We we reimpressed with the decorating and asked the owners who had done it.They told us that it was Joe at Furniture Packages. Before making a final decision, we talked to a couple different decorators, but we were most happy with the ideas that Joe showed us, and we just felt more comfortable dealing with Joe.

Throughout the process Joe was always available and very helpful. In fact when we needed to find someone to seal the floors and hang the ceiling fans, he took care oft hat for us. Since we live way up in Vermont, it was a big help to have someone down there that we could trust, taking care of these things for us.

At the beginning of July we made our first visit to our newly decorated home and we couldn’t be happier. In fact, we have just purchased our second home at Windsor Hills and we didn’t think twice about using Joe again.

We are very satisfied and we can’t recommend Joe and Furniture Packages USA highly enough.

Hi Joe/Laura,

My husband and I purchased a condo in March 2010, which came with appliances only. As such, we needed to furnish all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as the living and dining room. We met with Joe the day after we took possession and decided to proceed with FurniturePackagesUSA after that first meeting. Joe came across as trustworthy, caring for the customer and experienced in the business. After we indicated some preferences (color schemes, theme room, etc), we let his team proceed with the design. On occasion, we were asked to select between certain styles/ patterns and they took care of the rest. As we live outside the USA, this process was ideal for us.
